Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor/Animator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of modern tools and techniques in video editing and animation, including knowledge of tools such as Midjourney and Stable Diffusion. You will be responsible for transforming raw footage into engaging, high-quality videos that effectively communicate our brand message to our target audience. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience.
• Edit raw footage and audio files, ensuring high-quality production standards and attention to detail.
• Use modern editing techniques and tools such as Midjourney and Stable Diffusion to enhance the visual appeal of videos.
• Create visually compelling animations and motion graphics to enhance storytelling and captivate the audience.
• Ensure a seamless and cohesive flow between video and audio elements.
• Incorporate feedback from the team and clients to refine video edits and animations.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually improve skills and stay ahead of the competition.
• Maintain an organized library of assets, templates, and project files for efficient workflow and future reference.
• Collaborate with other team members, including designers, writers, and marketers, to ensure brand consistency and alignment with project goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Animation, or a related field is preferred, although relevant work experience and a strong portfolio will also be considered.
• Proven experience in video editing and animation, with a solid understanding of editing principles, storytelling, and animation techniques.
• Proficient in using video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with modern tools and techniques such as Midjourney and Stable Diffusion.
• Knowledge of motion graphics software like Adobe After Effects or Cinema 4D is a plus.
• Strong visual storytelling skills and the ability to translate ideas into engaging videos.
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work within a team environment.
• A strong portfolio showcasing video editing and animation skills.
