We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy Software Sales Manager to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with international customers and engage with fintech companies while fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.

Location: Remote (Ideally from Khi)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Closely work with our management to understand our business strategy, challenges, and opportunities to manage leads pipeline, sales metrics, and related reporting.
2. Run outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities.
3. Nurture and convert sales leads.
4. Maintain an understanding of the competitive market and create compelling and customized sales pitches, presentations, and proposals to showcase our products/ services and value proposition effectively.
5. Maintain strong follow-ups with prospects using different channels, including phone calls, emails, and messages to secure new business opportunities.
6. Utilize different platforms to reach out to potential clients and build relationships.
7. Negotiate and close business deals that promote sustained revenue.
8. Manage virtual sales meetings.
9. Collaborate with management on sales goals.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine proposal strategies.
11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical experts and project managers, to craft comprehensive and competitive proposals.

Required Skills:

• Must have at least 4-5 years of experience dealing with clients in North America and/or Europe.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficient in different sales and CRM platforms like Hubspot etc.
• Experience in social media marketing is a plus.
• Strong business acumen and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines.
• Willing to work in Afternoon shift.
