We are seeking a highly motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented Growth Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting and researching potential customers, conducting in-depth competitor analysis, and providing valuable insights to drive strategic decision-making. Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in CS, marketing, business, or a related field.

● 0-1 year experience in marketing research, prospecting, competitor analysis or a related field.

● Familiarity with market research tools and techniques.

● Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel.

● Excellent research skills.

● Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Experience with CRM and automation tools is a plus.

● Experience in B2B marketing/sales is a plus.
