Our US-based Tech client is hiring a Remote Recruitment Lead from Pakistan to hire teams locally.
Job Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across diverse industries, ensuring timely and
quality hires.
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and
develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
• Manage sourcing of candidates through job boards, professional networks, headhunting
and social media to build a strong candidate pool.
• Conduct screening, interviewing and evaluation of candidates, while ensuring alignment
with role and organizational culture.
• Track and report recruitment metrics (time to hire, cost per hire, source effectiveness) to
continuously improve processes.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, documentation and reports within internal
systems and databases.
• Support HR and operations teams as needed.
Requirements:
• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment with
reputable organizations.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment platform and applicant tracking
systems (ATS).
• Proven experience in managing multiple recruitment assignments under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to recruitment.
• Flexibility to work as per U.S time zones to support international hiring needs.
