Our client is a US-based Tech consulting agency that is looking for a Social Media Expert who knows how to grow new StartUp brands on Digital media.

Timings: 4PM – 1AM (PK Time)

Job Objective:
• Develop and scale personal and company brands by creating and executing long-term
brand positioning and content strategies.
• Ensure market relevance by understanding audience psychology, narrative building,
and tailoring content to different platforms.
• Manage branding projects and oversee Social Media Management (SMM) tasks for
clients and internal brands.
• Oversee content strategy execution, working with designers, editors, and external
vendors to ensure a cohesive brand identity.
• Be proficient in content editing ideation; either direct or create themselves handle fast-
paced Gen Z-style content editing with proficiency in CapCut and After Effects to
produce engaging and trend-driven short-form content (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts).
• The person should be a deep researcher and be growth-driven on social media.
• Research industry trends, find high-performing niche content, and replicate it for brand
growth.
• Ensure all content aligns with modern editing styles, music trends, and market
expectations to drive engagement and virality.
• Should be AI focused and be able to utilize it daily work flow to enhance workflow and
product.

Requirements:
• Minimum of at-least 3 years doing this work. If someone has less years but exceeds
expectation on skill and portfolio, we are open to seeing their profile.
• The successful candidate needs to have had a successful track record of building
brands and creating content, someone who embodies the job objectives laid out above.
• We would prefer if they have had experience building and creating international
brands, pages and content.
• We need to see examples of their past work – pages they have grown as well as
content they have created.

• Education experience – If they come from branding, marketing or some type of content
background, it is definitely an asset. However, we care more about their work
experience and achievements in this space.
• They need to have a keen interest and passion for this work. Someone who wants to
continue to grow further in this space.
• They need to know ins and outs of all mainstream social media platforms – instagram,
facebook, tiktok, twitter, youtube etc
• If they themselves are technically savvy with content editing tools, it will be a plus.
