About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Revenue Operations & HubSpot Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale our sales and marketing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HubSpot CRM (Marketing, Sales, CMS, Ops, Service Hubs), marketing automation, campaign analytics, and CRM integrations. This role will play a critical part in aligning marketing, sales, and customer success to drive predictable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, manage, and optimize HubSpot CRM across Marketing, Sales, CMS, Ops, and Service Hubs.

• Build and maintain custom dashboards and reports for campaign analysis, sales performance, and decision-making.

• Design and execute email campaigns, landing pages, and marketing workflows for lead nurturing and engagement.

• Ensure data accuracy and enrichment using tools like ZoomInfo, Apollo, and Lusha.

• Conduct A/B testing of emails, landing pages, and websites for performance improvements.

• Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to support inbound marketing campaigns.

• Manage HubSpot integrations with third-party applications.

• Maintain data management SOPs and naming conventions to ensure CRM cleanliness.

• Provide training and onboarding for new team members on HubSpot tools.

• Monitor and optimize multi-lingual campaigns targeting global audiences.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Automation, or CRM Management.

• Hands-on expertise with HubSpot Marketing, Sales, CMS, Ops & Service Hubs.

• Strong knowledge of workflows, automation, reporting, and dashboards.

• Proficiency in HTML & CSS for customizing templates and debugging.

• Experience with data enrichment tools (ZoomInfo, Apollo, Lusha).

• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

• Excellent communication skills in English (Urdu is a plus for regional campaigns).

• MBA or equivalent in Marketing/Business Administration preferred.

• HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification or related certifications are a plus.
