Role Overview

We’re hiring a Financial Analyst to strengthen our finance and analytics function. This role focuses on financial reporting, cash flow forecasting, profitability modeling, and deep data analysis to support executive decision-making. You’ll work directly with leadership to turn financial data into actionable insights and help guide growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Analysis & Reporting:

● Prepare detailed weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports (P&L, cash flow, margins, and brand profitability).

● Maintain and improve financial models for forecasting, cost tracking, and ROI analysis.

● Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across brands and present data-backed recommendations.

● Support variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.

Modeling & Forecasting:

● Build and maintain dynamic cash flow and financial projection models.

● Partner with operations and supply chain to align forecasts with purchasing and inventory plans.

● Conduct scenario modeling to evaluate business decisions and growth plans.

Data & Visualization:

● Design and maintain automated dashboards (Google Sheets, Excel, or Power BI) for real-time business visibility.

● Consolidate and analyze large data sets to track revenue, costs, and performance KPIs.

● Present insights through clear visual storytelling for leadership review.

Process Improvement:

● Streamline reporting workflows and automate recurring analyses.

● Integrate financial data from QuickBooks, Amazon, and internal systems for better accuracy.

● Continuously refine models and processes to support scaling across multiple entities.

 

Qualifications

● Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or business analytics (preferably in e-commerce or consumer products).

● Strong Excel and Google Sheets expertise (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, automation).

● Proven experience with cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and profitability analysis.

● Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations.

● Experience building dashboards in Power BI or Google Data Studio (preferred).

● Familiarity with SQL, Python, or data visualization tools is a plus.

● Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related field preferred.

Timings: 8PM – 4AM (PK Time)

Pay: Up to $800/month
