One of our Canada-based clients is looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join their regional team in Karachi office.

Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA or equivalent from a reputable or International university
· 8-12 years of senior operational experience, ideally in consulting / professional services environment, with at least 3-5 years in executive / COOs-type role.· Proven track record of scaling operations, enhancing efficiency, improving project delivery and profitability.
· Excellent leadership, people management, and organizational skills.
· Strong process-orientation, excellent problem solving, planning & execution capability.
· Working in the Consulting Industry can be a plus
· Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills

Timings: 1 pm to 9 pm
