About the Role

Are you a driven sales professional with a knack for building relationships in the medical community? Our client is a premier U.S.-based Durable Medical Equipment (DME) provider specializing in streamlined CPAP therapy solutions.

We are looking for a Remote Sales Agent to expand their footprint by partnering with physician offices and sleep clinics. Your mission is simple: Show providers how we eliminate their administrative headaches and get their patients the equipment they need, faster than the competition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provider Outreach: Identify and prospect sleep labs, pulmonologists, and primary care physicians to establish new referral sources.
  • Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for physician offices, ensuring a seamless prescription and insurance verification process.
  • Value Proposition: Educate clinical staff on our fast-tracked shipping, E0601 device reliability, and dedicated patient follow-up care.
  • Growth: Meet and exceed monthly referral targets to drive business expansion.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 2+ years in Medical Sales, DME, or Healthcare Business Development (CPAP/Sleep experience is a major plus).
  • Network: An existing book of business or established relationships with physician offices is highly preferred.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; you must be comfortable “selling the vision” over the phone and via video.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM usage and digital communication tools to manage a remote pipeline effectively.
  • Self-Starter: A “hunter” mentality with the discipline to work independently in a remote environment.
