HR Manager (Tech) – Remote

Our UK-based Tech Client is Looking for a Rockstar Internal HR Manager – (Remote) in the UK Shift.

Mandatory Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
4+ years of experience in HR management, recruitment, or a similar role for a Tech/SAAS company.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and managing candidates.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage employees at all levels.
• Experience in internal marketing, event planning, and employee engagement.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of confidentiality, ethical judgment, and professionalism.
• Familiarity with HR software and automation tools.

Job Role:
• Lead and manage the recruitment process, from job descriptions to candidate selection.
• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and accurate employee record-keeping.
• Act as the main HR contact for policies, benefits, and workplace best practices.
• Plan and execute internal team events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
• Develop internal marketing materials (newsletters, announcements, etc.).
• Conduct employee feedback sessions and satisfaction surveys to improve workplace culture.
• Handle travel arrangements for employees attending conferences and customer events.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working in a tech startup or high-growth company.
• Passion for building a strong company culture and driving employee engagement.

 

Budget: Up to $1000 paid in USD.
