Sr. Digital Marketing Executive (Remote)

We are hiring a Remote Digital Marketing professional who has experience in both SEO & PPC. 

Initially, it is Remote but can be Hybrid over time.

Responsibilities:

• Cooperate with web designers to match visual design intentOptimise copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
• Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
• Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
• Research and analyze competitor links
• Develop and implement a building strategy
• Work with the Content Writer to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented and to drive SEO in content creation
• Implement changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
• Develop and execute SEO, PPC, inbound, and outbound marketing campaigns to boost organic traffic, generate leads, and drive sales—ultimately increasing our revenue
• Create, deploy, and analyze the performance of our paid ads to maximize traffic and optimize conversion rates
• Analyze SEO and PPC campaign performance using performance metrics and analytical tools to suggest improvements for future campaigns
• Work with the content writer ad graphic designer and help them create engaging content based on the best SEO practices
• Compile and analyze data for all ongoing campaigns to prepare monthly progress reports for the Marketing Manager
• Stay up-to-date with the best SEO and PPC practices to identify new ways for creating more efficient campaigns
• Help formulate and execute marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
• Monitor multiple channels’ performance metrics and utilize data to optimize and accelerate growth.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Data, Product Management, and Technology to develop strategies and guide execution.
• Contribute to the overall customer acquisition marketing and growth strategy.
• Drive massive upticks in owned metrics.
• Optimization of PPC ads, Paid Social, Mobile, and Display.
• Management of performance marketing tools (GAds, GA4, etc.).
• Run and measure CPA campaigns through channels.
• Ensure all digital projects are in line with performance goals.
• Drive marketing technology changes and enhancements to support performance goals.
• Review and drive changes in all areas that impact performance.

 

Skills:

At least 4 years of experience with SEO, PPC, and social media marketing
Excellent communication skills are needed as most of the team is in the UK.
• In-depth experience with SEO tools i.e SEMRush
• In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, WebTrends)
• Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
• Knowledge of Technical SEO
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related field
• 3+ years of proven SEO experience
• Experience with keyword research and analytical tools, such as Ahrefs, SEMRush, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics
• Expertise in A/B and multivariate testing
• Proven experience with paid ad campaigns and promotions on social media
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9 am – 6 pm, UK time (WFH as of now)

Salary: Up to 1000 USD per month (Tax-Free)
