We are actively seeking an experienced Salesforce Product Manager with a strong background in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to lead the strategic development and evolution of our marketing-focused Salesforce products.

Position Overview:

As a Salesforce Product Manager with expertise in Marketing Cloud, you will be at the forefront of driving innovation in our marketing solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to define and execute the product strategy, ensuring our Salesforce Marketing Cloud products meet and exceed market expectations.



  1. Product Strategy:
    • Develop and communicate a comprehensive product strategy for Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, aligning with overall business objectives.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and marketing technology advancements to inform product direction.
  2. Requirement Definition:
    • Collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather and prioritize product requirements specific to Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
    • Translate marketing and business needs into actionable plans for the development team.
  3. Roadmap Planning:
    • Create and maintain a product roadmap for Marketing Cloud solutions, prioritizing features based on business value, customer impact, and market demand.
  4. Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with Salesforce developers, administrators, and project managers to ensure the successful development and enhancement of Marketing Cloud products.
    • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages communication and teamwork.
  5. Product Development:
    • Lead the development and enhancement of Salesforce Marketing Cloud products, ensuring they meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
    • Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  6. Customer Focus:
    • Act as the voice of the customer, understanding marketing teams’ needs and incorporating feedback into product development.
    • Monitor customer satisfaction and address concerns to enhance the overall Marketing Cloud user experience.
  7. Market Analysis:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and advancements in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem.
    • Adjust product strategies based on market dynamics and emerging technologies in marketing automation.



  1. Bachelor’s degree.
  2. Proven experience of 4+ years as a Product Manager, with at least 1 year in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  3. In-depth understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, its capabilities, and best practices.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
  6. Proven track record of successfully managing the development and release of Salesforce Marketing Cloud products.
  7. Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications are mandatory.
