As a Salesforce Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial scoping and planning to implementation and post-deployment support. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure the seamless delivery of Salesforce solutions that meet or exceed expectations.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Execution:
   • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
   • Lead the execution of Salesforce projects ideally SFMC, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
   • Monitor project progress and make real-time adjustments to ensure successful delivery.
2. Stakeholder Collaboration:
   • Work closely with clients and stakeholders to gather project requirements and expectations.
   • Provide regular project updates and maintain open lines of communication to manage expectations effectively.
3. Team Leadership:
   • Lead and motivate a cross-functional team of Salesforce developers, administrators, and other project stakeholders.
   • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
4. Risk Management:
   • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that potential issues are addressed proactively.
   • Develop contingency plans to minimize project disruptions.
5. Quality Assurance:
   • Implement and enforce best practices in Salesforce development and configuration.
   • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to guarantee the delivery of high-quality solutions.
6. Client Relationship Management:
   • Cultivate strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
   • Solicit feedback and ensure client satisfaction with the delivered Salesforce solutions.
7. Continuous Improvement:
   • Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, industry trends, and best practices.
   • Contribute to the development and enhancement of internal project management processes.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Proven experience 4+ years as a Project Manager, specifically leading Salesforce projects.
3. Salesforce Administrator or Developer Certification is highly desirable.
4. Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including its capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
6. Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering Salesforce projects on time and within budget.
7. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
