Remote Recruitment Interns (Karachi)

You will be trained if you are trainable. Once you are ready you will be given the following duties:

Responsibilities:

  1. Sourcing and Screening: Learn the fundamentals of candidate sourcing and screening through various online platforms and tools.
  2. Candidate Engagement: Assist in building relationships with potential candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process, and providing an exceptional candidate experience.
  3. Administrative Support: Contribute to the administrative side of recruitment, including organizing interviews, managing candidate databases, and handling documentation.
  4. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and market dynamics to enhance recruitment strategies.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with our experienced recruitment team, gaining insights into effective recruitment techniques and strategies.

 

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to the fast-paced recruitment environment.
  • Basic understanding of online platforms and tools (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.).
  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant academic program.
