Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and Screening: Learn the fundamentals of candidate sourcing and screening through various online platforms and tools.
- Candidate Engagement: Assist in building relationships with potential candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process, and providing an exceptional candidate experience.
- Administrative Support: Contribute to the administrative side of recruitment, including organizing interviews, managing candidate databases, and handling documentation.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and market dynamics to enhance recruitment strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our experienced recruitment team, gaining insights into effective recruitment techniques and strategies.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to the fast-paced recruitment environment.
- Basic understanding of online platforms and tools (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.).
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant academic program.
