Our client is a UK Based Healthcare & Fitness brand that is expanding its Customer Service team in Clifton – Karachi.
Job Timings: 12 PM – 9 PM (Pakistan Time)
We are recruiting for some experienced candidates who have experience working in a customer service role to join our growing team. The role is to respond to customer inquiries over the phone and by email. The customers are based in the UK, therefore an excellent level of spoken and written English is mandatory.
The job responsibilities will be:
- Respond to customer inquiries over the phone and email
- To input data into Excel and into an online database for processing e-com orders
- Updating customer database
Required skills and experience:
- Must have excellent spoken and written communication skills in English (UK-US Accent is highly preferred)
- Must have experience in customer services
- Must be meticulous and pay attention to detail
